Recent sales in Fusion…

A floor plan prices are on the move!  5507 #7 (A) unit closed mid-December at $665,000 and 5514 #8 (A) closed December at $645,000.

F floor plan prices are on the move up $30,000 at a jump!  5410 #14 was listed for $785,000 – with it’s hardwood and granite was bid up to close at $805,000.  Last F plan I LISTED AND SOLD 5509 #3 on 12/26/17 for $775,000 – pushed up that floor plan $30K also from the previous sale.

D floor plan prices are on the move!  I LISTED AND SOLD OFF MARKET 5410 #15 February 2018.  It’s white tile bathrooms and basic package from the builder generated $715,000 sale price.  5511 #15  was listed for $699,000 – with hardwood throughout, granite and special features attracted multiple offers and a sale price of $730,000.

J unit on the back row listed for $799,000 and closed for $815,000.  Considering it faced due east into the cell phone tower, that’s a pretty good price.  Previous J units 5510 #6 sold for $809,900 in July 2017 and I LISTED AND SOLD 5401 #6 May 2017 for $800,000.
